Announcing delivery updates

We know that it can be unsettling - your samples are due to be collected today, but when is it happening. Are we nearly there, yet?

As a part of our Quality Management System we actively seek feedback, and we try to continuously improve our processes.

Our latest change has been to implement a form of courier tracking. This Quality Improvement project is in it's trial phase, but so far the feedback has been very positive and we think this change will be here to stay.

How does it work?

When samples have been collected form the originating centre, the courier will send a message from a WhatsApp Business chat to confirm their name, and that they have the samples. They will also give an idea of the ETA for arrival at overnight accommodation, or the receiving centre. Once the samples have been delivered to the receiving centre, the courier will confirm that the transport is complete, and that all is well. The courier can be contacted for further updates; please bear in mind this may not be possible if they are driving or in flight!
